OLPS300 air-jet loom is a new shuttleless loom developed by Zhejiang Titan Co., Ltd. The machine uses a finishing center and an imported CNC convex grinder to make the main parts; the electrical appliances are highly integrated and use world-famous solenoid valves. It has a high degree of automation, coordinated movements, precision and good stability.
The OLPS300 air-jet loom has the advantages of advanced design, stable technology, wide application range, high speed and high efficiency, clear detection, simple and convenient operation and maintenance. It can be widely used in work clothes fabrics and decorative materials made of cotton, filament, wool and other raw materials. Weaving of cloth and industrial fabrics.

Set the weaving process parameters (warp tension, color, solenoid valve opening and closing time, etc.) on the keyboard. Each control unit controls the corresponding action. There is an operation button board on the left and right sides of the front of the car to facilitate the operator’s operation.
