The winding mechanism of the projectile loom can be divided into two types according to the different winding rollers: the winding mechanism with a standard winding roller and the winding mechanism with a floating winding roller.
The transmission device of the coiling mechanism is shown in Figure 4-9. The winding mechanism of the projectile loom uses the winding roller 1 to actively and continuously wind up a certain amount of fabric along with the weft insertion. The winding rate can be adjusted through the speed change gear. Each set of speed change gears has 4 A to D. The weaving density range is (P7300 projectile loom): 2 to 181 threads/cm; the fine adjustment range of the weft density averages between 0.4~2 pieces/cm, depending on the transmission ratio of the transmission gear. The transmission speed ratio is 1:60 and the weft density range is 14~181 threads/cm; the transmission speed ratio is 2:60 and the weft density range is 7.2~90 threads/cm; the transmission speed ratio is 4~60 and the weft density range is 3.6~45 threads/cm; the transmission speed ratio is 8:60, and the weft density range is 1.6~20 threads/cm. Since the take-up roller is driven by the transmission shaft, the take-up roller can automatically reverse when searching for broken weft. The winding mechanism of the floating winding roller is shown in Figure 4-9. Relying on the tension of the fabric 3, the floating take-up roller 1 is lifted up and pressed against the two plastic guide rollers. At the beginning of the winding stage, the fabric tension is not very high, and the holding frame 4 supports the winding roller and generates tension to hold the fabric. When weaving enters the normal stage, due to the increase in fabric tension, the take-up roller 1 is lifted up by the tension of the fabric 3 and separated from the upper surface of the supporting frame, relying on the pressure between the take-up roller 1 and the two plastic guide rollers 2 Roll up the fabric. Fixed plastic guide rollers and rotary plastic guide rollers can be configured according to different fabric types. The winding mechanism with a floating winding roller can automatically adjust the winding force. The wrapping angle of the fabric on the winding roller is increased, and the pressing force is uniform throughout the entire width, so the winding function is reliable and stable, and will not Scratching the fabric surface, this mechanism is very suitable for weaving plain and heavy fabrics.



The P7300 projectile loom is equipped with an electronically controlled take-up device, with a weft density range of 5.4 to 165 threads/cm, and a fine adjustment range of weft density of 0.1 threads/cm. The advantages of the electronically controlled take-up device are: different weft densities can be set through the computer terminal of the loom or the central computer software SMARTWEAVE for centralized control; by accurately setting and controlling the weft density, weft yarn raw materials can be saved; the weft yarn can be saved by weaving. The machine controls the terminal of the computer to program and correct the position of the weaving mouth.
