After being detached by the saw teeth on the detangling plate, the fibers pass through the triangular small drain bottom 21 and are stripped off by the cylinder 9 at high speed. The fibers stripped by the cylinder follow the cylinder upward. After repeated combing and impurity removal by the two needle surfaces of the three rear fixed cover plates 10, the fibers (mainly short fibers) and impurities filled into the needle teeth of the cover plate are removed. The fiber brought out from the cylinder is carded by the four front fixed cover plates 8, and part of it condenses on the needle surface of the doffer 4. It is stripped by the stripping roller 3 and gathered into strips. It is compressed by the large pressure roller 2 and then output. After passing through the coiler 1, they are regularly coiled in the can 20; the other part of the fibers that have not been condensed by the doffer will enter the cylinder cover working area after being mixed with the newly fed fibers through the large drain bottom of the cylinder.
